ULTIMAX Antennas Return Policy
At ULTIMAX Antennas, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality ham radio antennas. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, customers may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure that you understand your options.
All our antenna models carry a full one year warranty in all parts and labor.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them unused.
